Our team is Brian Smith a 30 year seasoned business executive.  Brian has always focused on training his replacement from his first professional career role as a field engineer to executive of a $1 billion plus company to owner of a growing specialty business.   Brian promotes the mindset of right person right position, not who has been there the longest or who owns the place!
